• —Site plan and survey
• —Existing / as-built drawings (for renovations)
• —Geotechnical / soils report (if applicable)
• —Project scope or Statement of Work (SOW)
• —Specifications and bid documents (if applicable)
• —Any existing engineering drawings (Structural, MEP, Civil)
• —Desired project schedule and permit jurisdiction
