Apex Grid is a multi-state engineering team. Service availability and stamping are confirmed per project only after the responsible individual license, firm authorization, discipline, and authority-having-jurisdiction requirements are verified.
The engineer responsible for regulated work must hold the required license in the project jurisdiction and discipline.
Where required, the organization or firm registration is checked with the applicable board before regulated services are offered.
Architecture and construction partners may support a project through their own credentials and contracting entities. Partner credentials are not Apex Grid engineering licenses.
Availability, stamping, scope, and schedule are confirmed after reviewing the individual license, firm authorization, discipline, and AHJ requirements for the exact project.
